When I record using full size, quality is good, but I lag while recording. Half size has no lag, but the quality is bad.
What do you think the best settings are for Fraps? Include the video capture settings for:

Size (full or half)

Everything at minimum and i LIKE UR PIC 
No lag is better IMO.
just use half size and if you don't need it, don't record sound, it also lowers tour framerate. Halfsize really doesn't affect you quality too much so it really doesn't matter if you record like that.
No lag is the better way, quality isn't affect so much like lag in your gameplay.
