[help] i get this when windows starts

i dont know what this is it says notification dll has not been registered program will not work correctly... idk what it is or what its from heres a screenshot

i dont think its going to hurt my computer because its running fine... everything opens correctly no errors but that just pops up when i start it

i used uniblue registry booster to clean my registry
i used malwarebytes to scan for malware - none -
i used AVG to scan for viruses - none -
i used windows firewall to scan for viruses - none -
i used microsoft security essentials to scan for spyware - none -

i still dont know whats wrong my pc is running fine but its just that pops up when i start it - thanks for the replys please someone help.

try reinstalling your wireless software/driver
this should take care of the problem
