Whole thread is spam, not actually going to ban anyone,(may hand out some infractions & warnings though) but...@ OP, you don't need to get so defensive, His Activity is of no importance to you at all, and increased activity doesn't mean spam, the "algo" takes into account alot more then just post count.
What everyone else failed to mention, why are you even paying so much attention to his activity, I don't even see a good reason for it.
