Download, extract the rar file, and place it in your Modern Warfare 2 folder
All parts of single player completed except for Intel and Co-Op Special Op
All parts of multiplayer completed including Titles, Emblems, and Challenges

The file is approxmately 99.82MB, so I scanned it with Microsoft Security Essentials, McAfee SecurityCenter, and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, all of which were updated before I scanned it (as of Sunday, February 6, 2011)
