The fact that it has perms that are actually one of people's favorites , i would add a top 5$ there. Rank would be ranged 10-15$.

Perms is a good amout which would be worth 10-15$

My price range on this would be 30-50$

30 minimum and at most 55$.

That EXP pass can be combined with EXP + GP 20% which would be a useful thing for ranking up so that helps too.

Also do not count the inbox as those stuff were free from events.
