Sniper Scope Texture not Appearing?

Okay, I'm trying to make a texture for the Barret 50 cal, I edited the main weapon texture, it worked fine, and then I proceeded to edit the scope texture.

The game launches and I followed all directions correctly, yet it does not appear in game. Can anyone help me with this?

either you overwrote the wrong file, or different size, or wrong placement of the location to this file, or maybe this file is for SP barret 50.cal, maybe their is a MP version to this file.

Okay, it's the right file, right size, right placement, not sure about the SP/MP thing though.

No I am almost positive its not the right file. The lens for the scope is the same as the WA2K, and is filed under the WA2K, meaning its not part of the barret. That file is the one for CoD4, not MW2.
