Clean and approved.

I would suggest however (as some others) Some error handling, and changing the name from WindowsApplication7 to the actual name of the application

Cleans your Project Blackout folder of Bug reports and uneeded files and can delete all your screenshots.

I wish someone would post a cleaner with a really nice GUI and some cool features.

Yours and the other one posted are good, but the GUI could use some work imo.

Transform it into a multi-tool. Include a cleaner, injector, spammer, mod organizer, etc.

Hmm maybe, but I wouldn't know how to go about making a mod manager when i can't mod the game, and i have no need for a spammer.

Yes it was made with Visual Basic. And that depends on your definition of 'formal training'
