I know but that's my opinion.I think that it doesn't fit the theme because the is no metal in that girl.

AKA - Vintage futurism. This is clearly a detail of a vintage or victorian admist such technologies that are typical in Steampunk I.E Cogwheels.

Clearly following the genre.
