The Maps
This expansion pack brings five distinct, brand-new multiplayer maps based on the Vietnam war. Each mao brings a new gameplay experience and fresh visuals, with characteristics such as foxholes, tunnels and dense jungels.
Hill 137
Hill 137 is one of the five maps featured in Battlefield: Bad Company 2: Vietnam. It is an assault conducted by the United States Marine Corps against a heavily fortified stronghold built by the North Vietnamese Army in South Vietnam. The loading music for this map is Muscle Soul by Anders Lewen. Hill 137 is actually the name of the battlezone of Hamburger Hill before the bloody battle that took place there gave it it's name.
Vantage Point
A long and winding map with major changes both in height and the type of environments you get to fight in. Vantage Point starts out in a shallow creek, climbs a steep hill into a small village, and then drops again via the mountain-side down to the liberated NVA POW camp.Vantage point is a medium sized map. It consists of a village on a hill, surrounded by more villages, a river and multiple rice paddies. As the name states, the village on the hill is the essential "vantage point". The map is dominated by heavy fog.
Phu Bai Valley
Also known as "Rice Fields" internally, this is one of the flatter maps in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam. Don't let that fool you, however -- it's full of vegetation and other obstacles that make sniping hard. The American advantage in helicopters is balanced by the large number of NVA tanks. It is a mostly flat, open area with lots of vehicular combat and some close quarter house fighting in the villages dotted around the map.
Cao Son Temple
An upwards struggle through dense jungles, eventually reaching a secluded Vietnamese temple. The initial push by the US forces is a narrow and tough one, but can be helped by the patrol boats off shore. Except for the patrol boats, this is all infantry, all close quarters combat. The map takes place inside a dense jungle along a large river. Within the jungle are multiple temple structures, many of which seem ancient, as well as a few villages within some of the temples' walls.
Operation Hastings
Unlocked by the "Battle for Hastings" community challenge, this remastered version of the classic map Operation Hastings returns (originally released in our standalone 2004 title Battlefield Vietnam)!Once players in the Xbox 360, PC and PS3 community each collectively amass 69 million team actions, the map will be unlocked for all to enjoy. So what’s a team action? Well, it’s any/all of these: resupply, revive, heal, spot, and repair. Team actions performed both in the main game and the digital expansion count towards the common goal.
Dicks, That is all.
Simple stuff, let me name a few that are usable.
Weapons - M16, Ak47, M14, M79, M60, RPK, XM22, MAC10, PPSH, UZI, RPG7, M21, SVD, M40, 870 shotgun, M1 Garand, M1 Thompson, M2 (flamethrower), M1911, TT33, Torch, Syringe, TNT.
I suggest looking these guns/equipment up if you are not sure what it is.
Thank me if I help. Please?
