VAC is not enabled in Private Matches.
I use to do this all the time.

R u a dumb**s? lol, in mw2 legit version VAc runs in private/ public, ether vac is delaying ur ban, or u dont have the game.

True, VAC works like this:
It's enabled on the whole game, even though you only started it.
You wont maybe be banned this time, but it have a delay sometimes for around 2-3 weeks.
