Ussual Topic. how do you know if ur banned?

Well iv hacked my way the past two weeks from around 35-49 about to be 50 grats yay me.

Anyways my question is i see forums how can you tell if your banned well ya you cant log in or anything my question is when do you get banned cause for the past 2 weeks there has been 2 updates i believe and i haven't been banned i see people panicked when updates occur and other people get it just randomly so wtf how do you actual get banned?

is it just different for each case or is there an actual update that comes with a banning spree?
