Ok im sick of reading those that doesn't understand this so im going to help you here's the steps:
1. download the mod
2. go into your folder some have it named modern warfare 2 or if ur using steam version its in steamapps
3. make a folder named mods if there aint any already.
4. take the folder in the folder named mods.
5. go into game and make a private match with unlimited score.
6. then open the console and write fs_game mods/''name of the folder in mods(without the quotes''; map_restart.
7. then start the game.
8. n to open menu, 5 to go down, n (while in menu) to go up, 4 to go to next page and r while in menu to go out.

Lol??? Click on PC (Mw2HaxPC) folder then drag the mod folder (which is inside where you clicked on PC (Mw2HaxPC) drag it all the way to your Mods folder in your liberation.
