Memory size doesn't matter as much as card performance, you should really worry about how many stream processors you have, what your gpu clock speed is, what the memory clock speed is. Memory is important because it allows for a larger buffer size, but if you're looking for out right performance the size of the memory shouldn't mean as much as the other aspects of a graphics card.
