No, that lifetaker has been long patched. dude that was like in January of 2010 when that hack was still working.

i dont hack and dont plan to but i imagine his "liketaker" is simply a suicide function. but dont take my word for it.

Does your life taker kill them? mine just made the "hit" noise but i think it was just damaging everyone lol.

It's not supposed to kill. The point of it is that everyone on the other team constantly is knocked down to 10-30 hp when they spawn and they don't know who to blame and kick. It's more a "troll hack" since you don't get kills but the joy from the other team is priceless.
