This program is not working for me (I am trying not to sound like a moron, bit it obviously isn't working), whenever I run the '$harecash Downloader V2 by Enerdude' .exe my mouse does the "waiting" icon thing for a few seconds, then nothing happens.

How can I fix it, as I not the only one that has this problem?

I wonder if possibly it is because I am running 64-bit Windows 7? and the program (according to Task Manager) is 32-bit?
If this is the case how would I try to run it in a 32-bit way? Unfortunately none of my computers at my house are 32-bit.

That is what I have been doing, Right-clicking and clicking 'Open' and just left-clicking on it twice and nothing but the blue little circle appears next to my cursor, so what is my problem? I've downloaded it, still nothing.

try running it as an administrator, unless you don't have that ability
