Suspensions usually last one to two weeks.
Send a ticket if you get banned. It takes a long time for them to reply tho :/(┛◉Д◉)┛彡┻━┻ლ(ಠ益ಠ)ლ

A usual way of recovery is sending in a ticket. It WILL take a little while for Nexon to respond, in the mean time just play on a different account. Also, if it's suspended just wait.

It took them one hour and thirty minutes to reply to my suspension ticket. They gave me a "warning" and my account will be released in 1 - 3 days.
