Can anyone make a fully black gun cammo? maybe over dusty? because that would be really cool. glossy if possible 
To make it glossy and shiny you would have to replace it with the gold camo needign 14th prestige

You cant make camos shiny, only the gold one.
You can make a weapon shiny, just one model.
Edit the alpha layers and you weapon will be shiny.
Follow my gold tutorial and give it the color black instead of the gold color,
edit the alpha layer the same as in the tutorial and u have a black shiny weapon
