afaik Indev is an outdated version of MC, not a mod.

Also, if he is talking about the item releaser from here, it wont do shit unless he is OP of has access to /give commands, as the Item releaser is just a quick bind tool

Fly mod and all mods for that matter are so easy to disable on minecraft. Also, as someone else said, the itemgiver only works if you're opped.

but the one's who abuse it to find spots/houses, grieve, and do stupid shit
