If your menu is not coming up then here are some things you can try.

- Run your injector as admin
- Download DirectX End user Runtime
- Download Visual C++ Redist

To open the menu hit INSERT

2. You'll have to test it for yourself, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I havent got around to diagnosing why.
3. I use D-Jector, you can find it on the second page of the Combat Arms Tools section
