Mine came in a capsule, but I poured some into water for a lasting effect, and snorted the rest for the strong/instant feeling. Snorting is the best option, but a mix between ingesting and sniffing is great.

Oh my boy has the smokeable. The high when smoking it does not last long but it's pretty intense. If you digest a capsule though, you're fucked for a min. Like you said, 6-8 hours. Pretty much like an Acid trip, without the harmful side effects.
