Releases need to have attachments. If something is being released, it needs to be uploaded to MPGH. And even though it doesn't, it still belongs in the mod section, as its a mod.

So does that mean TMI is a hack not a mod? No. If it involves dragging class files, or adding in some folders, its a mod, and belongs in the mod section. If its some kind of program or a wrapper, it would go here.

Add some new blocks or something. iunno. The only mods I really ever use are subtle ones, with the exception of TMI which I use for my build worlds.
