Ok, so, after all this time, i figured that you can use run to get onto cmd 
I didn't know the school had run there... But cmd icon was disabled...
So, i want to get onto sites for like games, youtube, and some stuff for work at school
But i use the ping method on cmd but it says 'access is denied' so, what do i have to do to bypass it?

That method doesn't work for most school pcs if they have a real dns to block websites via ip and url
idk, but it just says Access is denied.. when i try to ping it
I take off there proxy server on INTERNET EXPLORER. works like a charm

If you want to get passed the website blocking and such.
Usually in the top navigation bar you know how it says http. Well instead of that use https and this uses a secure connection and this usually works at bypassing there blocking shit

doesnt always work... my school system got all fancy and doesnt allow even the HTTPS when one wants to go on a site they are not supposed to
they block proxy sites... and unknown proxy sites, if you type it into the address, it goes into google and if you click on the site, it gets blocked...
make a shortcut..
C:\users\"yourusername"\appdata\roaming\
place a proxy browser here...
if you can not get to that folder, and you cant use .exe's, and you cant ping sites, and you cant get into CMD, or everything in CMD is blocked, why do you need to axess things that are not allowed on the network?
if its needed for a class, your I.T guys can unblock it for you. (they all can, no matter where you are in the world, they all have there ways...)
if its not needed for school work, and your just wasting time, and no matter what people say, your just going to take up time, effort of peoples jobs, spend hours looking for a way not doing work that could help you pass, (or get a better grade)...
