I banned from Z8games. But they Z8games wrote wrong answer.

Help me guys. My account is banned. But i never use thirdy part tools or something. And they did not wrote when it will be un-banned. Please help.

Your account if screwed, if thats the message you get, then seems like its a perma ban.
Just make a new account and start over, but this times dont use mods, and make sure you dont have old hacks somewhere around your computer. Also when you play, you should close all other programs, that way youll play smoother and its less posible to get error mesages about abnormal memory stuff.

You don't need to tell us you dont use hacks, nobody is gonna blame you for using hacks here boy Hacks are what most people are here for.

I know. In this site people who want using hacks. But i have too many acc. And i did not use hack or third party programs at this acc. I using hacks on useless accs for trying. And i am here for looking good loginBG or UI items. That's all.

you might of had a detected injector or something laying around or something that caused xTrap to freak out and activate the auto ban

Did you put any kill marks, or any other modifications in the game folders? Maybe you had some spyware/malware that kept connecting to your game and screwing it up. If you are 100% sure you had no reason to be banned, request an unban from Z8 Support. They didn't say when you will be unbanned becuase you got a permanent ban...

I am so interested how to write a ticket for Z8games. Can someone help me? I bought 30k Zp. And my mother was so angry at spending moneys at this. And she tell me ''That's LAST stupidity at this game.'' But i get banned. Guys help me. If mother will know what happened she will kill me. She always asking where are you spend your ZPs? And i said on chars. She want watch how i playing. Because she is Police. We are not poor family. Only my mother hate spending moneys at games. So i really want my acc back. Help! Thank you.
