[Release] Pointers

After finding out that the pointers I had the other way didn't work, I searched for the static pointer addresses. Once I found the pointers, I then restarted CA, to check and see if they would screw up, but to my delight, they didn't. These pointers still provided the necessary functions. I only have the basics so far, but I hope they'll work for you.

Edit 1 :: I'm not using a special cshell.dll, I'm using the engine's defaults. I really suggest using any UCE 5.4

Edit 2 :: Editting one EXP pointer will also change the other two because they're both linked.

To everyone questioning this they need to get over it. This is not gonna show up unless someone is REALLY paying attention. The HP regain is perfect, it doesn't make you invincible but regains faster enough to make it seem as you are not suspicious at all. SP regain can be done without this as well as the rank glitch. No matter how careful we are this stuff's gonna get patched over anyways.
