How to Install & Play XBLA/DLC

Very simple, short tutorial. I'll try to provide decent visuals, but there's not much to doing this.

Step 1: You must have the arcade game or DLC already downloaded/extracted.
Step 2: Download Modio. I've uploaded a copy myself and it's attached. Virus scan is below.
Step 3: I suggest using the USB method. So for the rest of this tutorial, if you're not using USB, it shouldn't matter that much, as there are equivalents to Modio for opening your Xbox HDD. Anyways, open Modio up.

Click on Tools, then select Explore/Open my device.

Step 4: It should open a window similar to this:

Click on the File tab, and select Open/Close Device.

Final Step(s): You're done with that part. Disconnect from your PC and plug back into your Xbox 360. Copy the profile THEN the DLC onto your Xbox HDD. For DLC (like map packs) start the game you're wanting to use them with. At the main menu, log out of your gamertag and log into the modded one. It should probably ask to create an avatar, just press the Xbox Guide button and it'll disappear. Log out of the modded profile. Log back into yours, and you have the DLC enabled. You can also do this with 2 controllers: log into the modded on a second controller and just leave it idle. For XBLA, log into the modded profile, sign out, then sign into yours.

    Enjoy.

EDIT: The file is actually slightly too big to upload to VirScan, VirusTotal, and Jotti's malware scan. For the safest download, I'm going to simply link you to the program's development page which contains multiple official and constantly uploaded download links.

No jtag is needed. It is bannable if caught, but from what has been reported, Treyarch is the only developer checking licenses on players. That just means be careful with the Black Ops DLC.

Err, wow, I actually forgot to upload it. No wonder I felt like this was incomplete.
    I'm uploading it now.

Yeah, you can use transfer cables with your HDD. You don't have to use a USB, its just the preferred method.
