I just figured out Doh..1: Open "Crysis 2 PAK Utility" If you use Windows 7, you must open Rt click and Run as Admin..If you just open it and run it, it looks and reports correctly but does nothing without the admin rights..SmX1 the "Skin cheats" are beautiful, awesome work.
