Comp Specs: Good? Bad?

Can someone tell me if my comp is, Crap, Average, Good, Amazing?
(I know my graphics card is sht tho and my CPU processor is good or used to be good)
Win 7 Ulti x64
Intel Core 2 QUAD CPU
Q6600? 2.4GHz
6 Gigs RAM
ATI Radeon HD 3600 Series
Good? Bad? Suggestions on what to change?

Games like... What kind? Cuz I've played ALOTA games on high quaility with little lag, like bulletstorm, GTA 4, Just Cause 2 and others like that.

You could play any game on low quality without lag, but most game you can play on higher quality without lag.

I'm not sure if my graphics card would allow me to play lagless but i want to know what in my spec makes my comp not lag badly when i play games o-o
