How To Play Killing Floor Online Using Garena

In order to play Killing Floor Online you will need first the game client, which can be downloaded through a torrent down below in the attachments.

Getting Garena

After successfully downloading and installing KF you'll now need Garena. Which can be downloaded at the site here.

You'll need to register an account at the site as well so you can login on the client. After downloading and installing Garena open it up and this is what you should see:



Obviously there won't be anything already filled in, log in with the username and password you registered with above. Then change the server to server 4 if it's not already there, and click login. Now Garena is set up and ready to play whatever game you want to with online, in our case we will be playing Killing Floor.

Preparing For Garena
- Join a Garena chat room for Killing Floor.
- Click the Settings button.
- Tell the program where your revloader.exe file is located
- Now click Start Game. It will have a compatibility window that pops up. Click OK.
- You're game should be ready

Playing Online With Garena

You will now have to open up the game client for Killing Floor. After opening that click on "Multiplayer" which should be the first choice I believe. On the top bar there should be options, click on the LAN option. If you are connected to Garena and someone else in Garena is hosting a game their game should show up and you should be able to connect to it.

If their game isn't showing up then right click in an empty space and click "Open IP", or click the ` button and a command prompt should open up, type in "open". If you chose to right-click then type in the other person's IP then Ok. If you chose to do the command prompt, type in the person's IP after "open" and hit Ok.

After all of that you should be able to connect to the game lobby and start playing with your friends. I will always be in Server 4 for Garena, if I ever change I'll tell.

Hosting A Game

Hosting a game is easy and should take no skill whatsoever.
At the main game window, click “Host Game”. Select the options you wish to be set, then click "Listen Server". Then just wait for people to join you, in the mean time you can select perks and etc.

A couple of things, if you open the game use garena have steam open without running anything to go online otherwise you'll get an error.

again if you instealled the steam location the .exe you need to find using garena will be @
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\killingfloor\System\K illingFloor.exe
and you won't get a compatibility error.

Oh and whats the ip to your server?
