Copy Engine.patched.exe into your game folder.
Change CA-bypassed.lnk to link to Engine.patched.exe (but leave the arguments).

Vanity scan: Virustotal. MD5: 45be3ade3e6dff8366cdfdbe32d11fde PCK/Dumped Packer.Dumped
(scanned it myself just to double check that I'm not infected with anything , but always scan shit you don't trust YOURSELF)

This is based on the old client (pre-patch), so it may not allow you to select new maps (not yet tested).
Wait for Harold (or me, but now I need to sleep) to release the bypass of the new client for definite full featured-ness.

I figured out what you meant, I did it all, and now what do I do? I tried running the "CA-Bypassed" and "Engine.patched" files, yet it comes up with "An error accrured with the hacking prevention function"

@FatEmoLLaMa - Yeah, thanks for the help, but it seems this don't work. It has the same problem your post had. The corrupt error message after CA starts.

@Rajn - Relax, dude. If you don't want people to message you don't go in public and say "Hey, nog, want a working bypass? Message me."... The smart thing to do would of been to just message him yourself and ask him. Just my opinion.
