How can you help a VBulletin website if you can't even spell VBulletin? Let's face it. You would be a drain on any community--especially one where you were appointed co-administrator. Go clean up your grammar (just do a few google searches, there are small things you can do to sound a LOT smarter), get some money to buy a domain name (it's less than seven dollars a month), start out with a free off-shore server (google it, I hosted a huge community on one once) and pirate yourself a copy of VB.
Now I'm not saying you're likely to start a successful community, but no one in their right mind would randomly make you co-admin of their forum.
Once you've done all of this get Google Adsense and open up donations for your website, perhaps you can have VIP services or special features for donators--it doesn't matter how you do it. Once your site starts making money you should purchase a legitimate copy of VBulletin and move to a better host.
