Is it really worth to buy homefront?

Hi guys, Alex here.. Just wondering if you guys think homefront is worth buying.. give me reasons why I should buy it.. and why I shouldn't buy it if you dont like it.


PS. I know it's not like call of duty. I wana try something different. It's either this or portal 2..

I personally wanted that game, but I read the reviews and looked at the score on Gamestop and it was like 5.6 out of 10.. I bought CoD 4 instead

the thing is ive never got into a game where i had better than a 2 bar connection but lemme list pros and cons

Pros:
-New form of killstreak, rack up points instead of having to go on streaks, you can die and get more
-the guns arent very similar, for a change the guns are actually diverse
-The maps are cool as in they are in america and very "modern" looking

Cons:
-Small campagin
-Far too many people sniping
-Spawns can at times be retarded.
-Connection
-Big maps, now this might sound like its an opinion but the big maps make it so that over 3/4 of your enemies team will be snipers
-Bunch of dumbfuck cod fanboys runnin around wondering why they cant get a kill

I also heard that people hate it when it zooms in when you respawn/spawn
