The only way I know of to get those is by item spawning. It's possible that someone found a workaround but I highly doubt it, there's been no trolling on these forums related to that lately.

It's theoretically possible that someone found a way to hack into those fights, but I doubt all the required resources for them are available in the NA client yet. Furthermore that would have to be a drop because I don't think they could have crafted it.

Done pre-patch. I can put up a Glasglaven longsword right now, but it's still in Korean. :<

What cheezed me more was the fact that there was no models implemented for the chiulin/ingkells/ingkara armor sets, nor the really cute neko one for Fiona. I was so looking forward to that after the Titan patch, but no, Nexon slapped me in the face. :/

Has any tried selling +50 luk rings for 20m yet? Lol. That'll be moar interesting to see tbh.
