This means that "ahk_class" of AlterIWNet is also "IW4". Now all you need is to:
1. Download this
2. Copy "scr" folder and rename the duplicate to "Sph4ck_qs"
3. Delete the files "Config.py" and "Config.pyc" from it
4. Copy the file "Config.py" from my "Sph4ck_qs" folder (from my release)
5. Copy all the files except "Sph4ck_qs" folder from my release to the AlterIWNet External BoxESP folder
6. Follow the instructions from the first post
I didn't test it, but I believe it should work. Good luck

Mods, please close the old version thread, it's weird that it's bumped higher than this one.
Also, to all of you guys, though External BoxESP seems to be detected now, you still can use this plugin ("MW2QS.ahk" and "MW2QS.ini") separately without any fear.
1. You can use this script as your regular quickscoping script.
2. External BoxESP may some day become undetected again, if Sph4ck will manage to do so.
3. This script can also be used in conjunction with any aimbot that is activated by "Home" key.
4. It looks like this script can be used with AlterIWNet version of External BoxESP as I described here.

Drop "MW2QS.ahk" to "Autohotkey.exe", or install Autohotkey and run the script, or compile it and run as executable. The only condition is that "MW2QS.ahk" (or "MW2QS.exe") and "MW2QS.ini" must be in the same folder and have the same name.
