Using nog's easy bypass? Try not using it, it might be patched.
Not using nog's? Re-installing does nothing? Try re-installing then rebooting, and then checking every file so it's there.
Still happening? Take it up with Nexon Support, don't mention any hacks.

You surely haven't done everything here, don't lie to me. This takes about 5-10 minutes at the most, you posted in about 3-4. Besides, you obviously want a quick fix because you didn't read all that I have said.
