How to speed up CA?

Hey guys, just got back frrom a near 1 year break and im having a lot of trouble. I seem to be lagging, really, really bad. This is what i've done so far, hopefully you guys can give me other tips

Defrag CA
Game Booster
Cc Cleaner
Registry cleaner

I tried to take our textures, but it says my game file is corrupt. Are there any other possible ways to speed it up? Help is really appreciated.

LOl. Just use game booster or something. If not, go to controll panel and delete some things u don't ever use.

delete ur history of porn lol jk man. well delte ur history, delete/uninstall stuff you dnt need anymore.

Actually, did every besides the "delete your porn" since i don't have any..but anyways. I actually managed to make it faster then it was before when i had a my desktop. It runs much more smoothly. For any one that wants to know-

Defragged Ca
Put it into drop box of gamebooster to "boost" it every time it starts
Defragged my hard drive
Cleaned the registry.
Used cc cleaner

I think your specs aint good enough try system restore all the way to the eariest time
