New Publicist needed

We are in need of a new MPGH Publicicst to handle the more literal aspects of marketing the site and our VIPs.

The responsabilities for this new Publicist will not include Video making, but rather,

• Hack advertisements
• Front Page announcements.
• Contest making and management.
• Visual ads (non video)
• Marketing and sales. (Think of it as a salesman pitching a product.)

This is by no means an easy job. It will require much time and effort, so tag seekers and inactive people avoid.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1000 posts. NO EXCEPTIONS
• Must be able to not only make sales, but advertise and promote the site in a good light.
• Must be familiar with all forms of communication, and MPGH products
• Must have at least 4 months in the site.
• Must be well spoken in English. Extensive thread making will be needed, and good wording is a must!
• Must have proven BEFORE the applications a willingness to assist & contribute to site.
• Must be able to not only uphold the rules of the site, but abide by them.

I think that this would be something I'd succeed at, I also have 249 youtube subscribers, and all of them subscribed to me because of the videos that i earlier released of hacks. I used to GFX all the time and then I stopped for a while, but I can make any banner needed visually and i can guarantee it'll look sick

I've started to edit videos like 2 years ago (my videos failed hehe) but now i think i have improved my skills and i can handle montages (advanced),...

I CAN use after effects, sony vegas, WMM.
After effects: 10 / 100
Sony vegas: 90 / 100

VMM: ... lol

I'm willing to do the "hack montages" on rules you say (Effects, music,...).

How i work:

I open and edit videos in sony vegas and stuff then i HD render it (if it's some random video i obviously don't HD render it, only like 480p) after rendering i use xilisoft's ultimate video converter pro to get better audio quality and that.

For the end i want to say that i love editing videos and even tho i wouldn't be choosen i will make more of these VIP videos.

In a few words, how could you be a good Publicist: Well, i have many idea's to promote the VIP, and keep users informed about updates. one way will be control the twitter/facebook and make notifications about VIP updates and MPGH updates in general. Another way will be to do a vlog every tuesday/thursday with information about hacks, updates, etc. i will also host many competitions, ingame and not. these will very in the objective, with a reward of free VIP for x amount of time
