Fix mentions

When someone quotes a mention, the quoted mention counts as a second mention. Its kind of irritating to get mentioned multiple times in a single thread, because people keep quoting someone that mentioned you.

I cant imagine it would be hard to do, it would just make things a little better for the mention system. Just make it so when someone quotes a mention, it doesnt count, or at the very least not show up with a notification.

There was something else I wanted to address, but cant remember now.

That's annoying indeed, although I usually remove unneccessary Mentions from the quote...

Other 'problems':
- Mentioned X times in X posts (Max one mention a post...)
- @hotmail @LiVe @Yahoo etc
