How to change Elitevision chams colors

Open the two files (Back / Front) in MS paint. Color them the way you want, then File->Save. There you go, your own color chams! HF!

Lol. I just figured this out yesterday. Btw, Back is the color you see through the walls and front is the color you see when you can actually shoot at the person.
