they pissed me off because i spend so much zp on gatling gun crate then i sent to them support tickets with some dirty words, first they blocked me 7days then i send again msg with more dirty words then they gift me this bann but i was need just about 50K exp to reach the 1st Lt and i spend so much money in this acc how they can ban me and they don't ban hackers ?

It wasn't Z8Games that offended you. Z8Games try's to make the game fun and simple for all of us but if you can't handle that, then good like to you.
I doubt Z8Games will do anything, considering they don't want a customer that can't treat the game right. It's your luck, and it sucks, deal with it. Many people have crappy luck.
