It is a torrent file though so you will need a peer-to-peer client like Bittorrent uTorrent or something like that.

Wait, The keysteam sounds like a keygenerator. Is it that? It gives you keys for somthing? Because if it is that, It might just be the thing its packed in. Like TheMida Or somthing.
