    Download that and put it in your Project Blackout folder, and try again.

    Next release ill change the runtime library to Multi-Thread to Disable the need for that file..It will make the file size bigger but who give a fawk

    why x86? thats for 32bit comps right?

    got working after downloading the .dll and putting it in PB folder
    (C:/SG Interactive/Project Blackout/)
