    Problems With Windows 7

Well i had windows XP and playing crossfire with a excellent ping so i changed of windows xp to Windows 7, when i changed it my ping is now unstable example:

    Ping 56(Nice Ping) After 3 Seconds ...156(Bad Ping) each 3 seconds is changing of ping 56 , 100 , 90 , 172 , 140 , 130 etc.

then i called the company of internet,telephone... and they told me that my internet is ok, is not the router cuz i changed it.

i think that is windows 7 cuz when i had windows xp no problem.

somebody help me i need to fix this :S

Set the priority of crossfire.exe to low under your task manager. Make sure to show all processes first or you will get access denied.

Also close anything using internet connection such as limewire, utorrent, web browsers, ect.

Also run a malware check using malwarebytes and download ccleaner to clean out your pc and scan for registry errors.

    Hope this helps.

Remember, Task manager is your friend for win7

/been playing cf on win7 for over a year

Ramens answer... That would be the only way to go, as I had the same problem when I got win7, and I still have to use task manager to this day...

Think of a number for me between 1 and 1000. Divide it by 8. Now add 13. Now multiply your result by 0.
