Change exp in a public game ??

is there an program that can make you change the exp u get for a kill in public games?
I would like to get that program.

if the host is hosting an exp lobby it is possible , but hosting modded servers is banable .

I have download a program here, and if I host a public game, I can put super jump on or super sprint. Things like that.
But is there a program that I can change the ammout of exp u get for a kill.
From normal 250 to 1000?

use this if you have console , your eperience will be multiplied by 4 .
example ; 100exp => 400exp

and you can use ModLoader to use Mods like prestige lobby .

So that everybody gets more exp.

if you need it for yourself why dont u just us a trainer ?
