[request] Introduction to game hacking

Hey I am a basic webhacker looking to extend my knowledge and pwn some noobs in the process so could anyone point me in the right direction for basics of game hacking... Some requests are here:

1. Programming Languages to use
2. Programs to use
3. Sites to learn, maybe some e books?
4. If im lucky a source code of something so I can see what its all about

Dave, perhaps there must be a E-BOOK thread, to post usefull links to e-book stuff... dont you think?

1. C/C++, maybe VB, some Java (not sure..)
2. WPE Pro, Cheat Engine, a Hex Editor, OllyDebugger, and a few good language compilers.
