Download Malwarebytes Anti Malware. Run a FULL scan. Originally Posted by Slang

Run a full ESET scan. Then run CCleaner. Click on the registry tab and run a full scan. Select fix all selected items.
When you're done, you should be fine.
If not, reinstall windows, not format. Formatting will still keep your corrupted files on your PC, while reinstalling will overwrite them.
