Legit friend got banned, then IP Banned

So, last time NX did a mass-banning, my friend got slapped, I didnt. He then got PO'd for 2 days at me, for he sometimes did dailys with me for easy ap, then he made a new character, then he got IP banned, the messaged said "In responces to multiple offensives this IP has been blocked" Or sumthin like that. Anyone think its possible for both banns to be lifted from his IP and main acc? I feel really bad for him, as I'm still not banned, As of last time I checked, Im going to check now h/e.

just bot a account up to lvl 61 for your friend. Tell your friend to use a proxy or ip change/cloak to some random person's ip
