    It is 564E36A29E02897F48E11F46315ADB840C268E3E.hfs

You need the file expression_table_evy_common.tx*****mp in there.

    For "Mark Of Death" it's DeadSign_Range and DeadSign_MaxNum .
    For "Bloody Thread" it's DeadString_Range and DeadString_MaxNum .

Bloody Thread works a little buggy though. It may mark any maps on the map but depending on the difference of the height of each enemy you will sometimes not be able to activate the skill after you have marked them.

There's also another file where you can edit the damage of those attacks but it's not in the 564E36A29E02897F48E11F46315ADB840C268E3E.hfs one.

From my testing it seemed visually it marked however many targets I wanted to set it at, but it did not actually damage all of them.. dunno..

Yeah after marking the enemies with Bloody Thread there are 3 different events which can happen if you modify it's range and max number:

    1. All monsters on the map get marked and after doing the snap attack they all get damaged
    2. All monsters get marked but not every gets damaged.
    or
    3. All monsters get marked but you can't do that snap attack to damage them.

oh really? Because I hacked Mark of Death's and Bloody Thread's range and maxnum before even trying them first so I didn't know the bug isn't caused by editing the values somehow.
