trans steal/grasp range/dmg/number

sorry if it's been asked before... but under what HFS and .comp would this be? i would guess the 763 but can't seem to find it, is it in the db3 maybe? (286)

dmg number is on data player.txt i can't erember it's correct name but it's on the forth one
u just need to numeber after evel ....* and if dmg...=..*
down dmg is for break down just put them at 100k so u always break down boss and mosnter
