File name Khoa.exe is anti you press "S", because if you turn on NoDeley and press "S" you will be crash

If you set off Nodeley, you don't rush to press "S", you need shoot some ammo

If your using No Delay without this khoa.exe- the game will crash if you press "S"?
With this khoa.exe on- means its safe to press "S" while using No Delay?

It allows you to shoot without waiting to shoot again

like... when u use a rocket u can shoot as many times you want

Well that's sad since you can't use your ''S'' (On your keyboard) if you're using Khoa.exe

Just a heads up, don't over use the fly or NoDelay hack. It will crash the game.
