How to make custom camos?

I want to make some camos and I got TOOLS from Archangel... but I don't know how... please teach me

When I done doing that things on tut, it says "can't open camo_arctic"

Sure you installed the PS add-on?
For DDS files.
Sure you converted the IWI to DDS?

Well, Just use the IWIFixer and you won't need to do that.
